Learning for All: Basic Customer Service is developed from May 2020 Expanded Early Start Curriculum of LATI and is open to all library staff members.  This course is a prerequisite to all other Learning for All classes.

This class covers:

  • Model Refrence Behaviors
  • What is a database?
  • Basic Searching
  • How to find quality information.
  • When to refer to an expert
  • Reference Resources
  • What  does exceptional customer service look like.
  • Inclusive Customer Service

This class takes about 3.5 hours to complete.
