
Learning for All: Basic Customer Service is developed from May 2020 Expanded Early Start Curriculum of LATI and is open to all library staff members. This course is a prerequisite to all other Learning for All classes.

- How to find quality information.
- When to refer to an expert
- Reference Resources
- What does exceptional customer service look like.
- Inclusive Customer Service
This class takes about 3.5 hours to complete.
