
This class is based upon Library Associates Training Institute's May 2020 Expanded Early Start Program Law module. Your Staff Development Coordinator or Human Resources manager can enroll you in this class.
Learning for All: Basic Customer Service is a prerequisite for this class if you are not a librarian or library associate.
